久坐会对人的身体健康产生非常多危害,但又是许多人不可避免的一种情况,那么久坐一族该如何尽可能地减小这些伤害呢?
首先,要注意在坐和站之间适当转化,建议每隔一个小时就站起来走动一下,可以定个闹钟提醒自己,也可以多喝水一方面补充水分、帮助排毒,另一方面也能提醒你去厕所,顺便多走动一下。
