英国唯美主义作家奥斯卡·王尔德（Oscar Wilde）曾说过：“我们都在阴沟里，但仍有人仰望星空。”（We are all in the gutter，but some of us are looking at the stars.） 人生都会有起伏，都会有坎坷和不幸，尤其是身处低谷中的人，最需要，有成功的自信，有向上的勇气，有坚定的行动。虽然身处逆境，但心中的火焰，绝对不能熄灭，因为，希望是重生的指路明灯。

If people offer their help or wisdom as you go through life, accept it gratefully. You can learn much from those who have gone before you. But never be afraid or hesitant to step off the accepted path and head off in your own direction if your heart tells you that it's the right way for you.
在生活中，如果有人向你提供帮助或智慧，请欣然接受。你可以从前人身上学到很多东西。但是，如果你的内心告诉你，这才是适合你的路，那就不要害怕或犹豫，你可以离开大众都认可的那条路，转而朝着自己的方向前进。
