积水潭

每次经过积水潭，看到那护城河的流水，看到那河边的绿柳，我都会觉得很愉悦和兴奋。

因为，我已经靠近你，快要见到你，我再走20分钟就可以看到你。

等我看见你，我要牵起你的手。

也许你会问我：你从哪里来？是啊，我也会问我自己：我从哪里来？也许，我是从前门，从王府井，从故宫，从北海而来；

也许，我是从国贸，从西直门，从动物园，从颐和园，从金山岭长城而来；

又或者，我是乘着一艘小船，从杭州，一路经过苏州、镇江、扬州，济宁，沧州，天津，通州，摇曳一千多年，才来到北京，来到你的面前。

在路上，我看到了潺潺溪流，看到了卷卷白云，看到了淅淅雨露，看到了习习凉风；

我看到了朝阳彩霞也看到了落日余晖，看到了细微尘土也看到了浩瀚星海，看到了飞鸟走兽也看到了红桃绿柳。

但是，我最想看到的，还是你。看你穿起外套围着围巾，看你浏览视频哈哈大笑，看你绯红的脸颊泛起笑脸，看你温柔的双手挽起我的臂膀。然后，和你一起，慢慢融化在积水潭的黄昏和黑夜里。

啊，今夜，我是多么想念积水潭，想念积水潭旁边的你。

Jishui Puddle

Every time I went through Jishui Puddle,looking at the water in the Beijing Moat,and the green willow by the river,

I would always feel happy and excited.

Because I was already closed to you, I was about to see you in 20 minutes.

I would like to take your hands and kiss them once I met you.

You might ask me,"Where did you come from?"

Yeah, I would also ask myself,"Where did I come from?"

Perhaps，I came from Qianmen Street, from

Wangfujing Street, from the Forbidden City, from the Beihai Park.

Perhaps,I came from Guomao, from Xizhimen, from the

Beijing Zoo, from the Summer Palace, from the Jingshanling Great Wall.

Or, I might take a boat from Hangzhou, passing

by Suzhou, Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Jining, Cangzhou, Tianjin,and Tongzhou.

The boat had been swaying for more than a thousand years

before I reached Beijing and met you.

On my way coming to you, I saw the stream, saw the white

clouds, saw the rain, and saw the cool breeze.

I saw the sunrise and pink clouds;I saw the sunset and

the twilight;I saw the tiny dust and the vast sea of stars,;I saw the birdsand

beasts, and I also saw the red peaches and green willow.

However, what I wanted to see most was still you.

Whatching you wearing a coat with the scarf, watching you

browsing the videos then laughing, watching your red cheek smiling, and

whatching your gentle hands rolling my arms.

Then, with you, slowly I got melt into the dusk and night

of Jishui Puddle.

Ah, tonight, how much I miss Jishui Puddle, and how much

I miss you,the special[ one living closed to Jishui Puddle.
