So far I have felt my symptoms are getting better. There is less severe sore throat and nose block, also the eyes have become less itchy. I feel like walking on the ice and any careless slip would land me in pain again. Therefore, I have to take good care of myself. Keep myself relaxed, peaceful, happy and live a healthy life. To guard my Shen and Yang is the most important. As with Shen stable and Yang strong, my body could defend the disturbance of the spring climate change and pollen.
Also, I found some tricks quite helpful. First of all, sleep early. Go to bed before 10 and 9 is even better. Second, play with less phone. The less the better. Phone is full of eye straining information and viewing them is more of harm than help. I tried not to look at my phone for the whole night and I could not stop yawning at 9, which means phone seriously affects my sleeping cycle. Third, try massaging! There are different acupuncture points in our body and massaging them could help the gas flow in our body.
Hopefully, I can keep these little habits and maintain a good condition.
