安装deepTools需要依赖pyBigWig包。
安装pyBigWig包时出错：

找到错误

上网搜索解决方法发现，原来是安装pyBigWig需要的依赖包没有安装全；
再回到报错中寻找,发现是因为没有安装curl模块：
libBigWig/io.h:1:23: fatal error: curl/curl.h: No such file or directory
安装curl模块
$ sudo apt-get install curl libcurl3 libcurl3-dev php5-curl
再次安装pyBigWig包
$ pip install pyBigWig==0.2.5
还是失败，发现是权限不够：
error: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pyB igWig.so'
root权限
$ sudo pip install pyBigWig==0.2.5
