感悟：

作者在这一节用伦敦出租车司机、盲人、远视眼患者的例子告诉我们，大脑的适应性是强大的，超乎你的想象。的确，人体可能存在一个极限，但是还没有任何证据证明我们已经发现了这个极限，这么看来，“你的潜能是无限的”这句话并非鸡汤。

反思

大家的笔记都好棒，有自己画表格总结的，有画思维导图的，有感悟写得很吸引人的，有逻辑性很好的，做笔记时我在整理单词短语方面花了大部分时间，电脑上的欧路词典不是专业版有些词典用不了，只能用手机app，在手机和电脑上同步印象笔记来做笔记，到写感悟的时候已经不想动了，只能草草结束。

作为阅读原版书和做笔记的新人，想问下大家每天只查笔记里几个词句吗？还是记了很多只发了规定的数量？因为我每天会记很多个，觉得很费时间，我是继续把不清楚的全都弄懂，还是控制数量放弃一些呢？谢谢大家。
