Yesterday was Friday and the weather was very well.

I was very busy yesterday because a call upset my work plan.

main work yesterday：

1.calculated the flatness cpk of HT back plate samples that the result was only 1.02，it didn't satisfy us.

2.calculated the failure rate of crack according to P. N and station in March.

3.calculated the total internal ppm on Tuesday and monthly.

4.Util suppliers rejected our complaint against them for the rust of back plate in the form of ppt，so i did two aspects of the work. 1)according to the phosphating process，asked the experts to confirm whether the surface of the back plate is rust and analyzed the real of the rust. the experts told me that the back plate was not clean enough or the phosphating solution was no changed in time caused the phosphating film not completely covered the back plate. so rusted on the surface of the back plate.

2)looked for the National standard requirements for surface treatment which requires that there no rust、 bubbles or other residues on the surface. this “rust”will affect the effect of our painting.

I informed the supplier of the above two points and told them we rejected the non- conforming  products of this batch.
