更好的脾胃,更好的生活
没有特殊的准备。去年秋天囤的黏玉米,给女儿蒸了一根,没有吃完,就把玉米粒剥了下来。蜜红薯也是剩的,就切成小丁,又加了点杂粮(小米,黎麦,泡好的莜麦糙米),一起放锅里做成了粥。最后放了点桂花……玉米的清香,桂花的清新,红薯的甜糯,杂粮的q弹,瞬间让你心情美好。【我的习惯:发芽罐中,每天都事先泡着需要提前泡的杂粮。用的时候,随时就取】
