现在我们改中考作文卷，感觉好作文不多，很多学生都不会表达，会表达的也有很多在说假话、空话和大话。表达能力是学生的关键能力之一，我们就是要培养学生用英语做事情的习惯。学生不会写作，不知道如何下笔，在教学上我们也要反思一下自己。
于钢老师在分析和评价两位老师的写作课时指出，我们在写作时，在训练方式上要从下面入手。
1.框架构建
2.模仿内化
3.分段练习
4.分层练笔
5.明确要求
6.展示评析
在框架的构建方面，他为我们举了应用文“通知”的例子
第一句：开头句
一般写May I have your attention , please.或There is good news for you.
第二句：某地点将要有什么事。
There will be +事由+地点.
We will have +事由+地点.
Our school will have +事由+地点.
如：
There will be an activity about donating money to the children who are in the trouble Chang chun in the school hall.
第四句：事情开始的时间和结束的时间。
It will begin+时间and end+时间.
It will last from时间to时间.
如： It will begin at 8 o'clock and end at 10 am on March 15, 2015.
It will last from 8 o'clock to 10 o'clock.
第五句：题中英汉信息及要求。
We should donate your extral books clothes, your pocket money and other things. The students in Grade Three must take part in it.
第六句：个人建议。
I think all the students and teachers in our school must get ready for it and take an active part in it on time.或者
I hope everyone will get ready for it and take part in it on time.
If you are interested in it, please come to take part in it on time.
第七句：号召性语言。
If everyone shows his love and care for others, the world will become more and more beautiful.
If you join in it, you will...
If you attend it, it will benefit you a lot.
第八句：结束语。

有了框架，学生就知道如何写，怎样写。主要是让学生学会使用结构，但是内化以后必须用自己的句子来表达自己的思想。
在分段练习方面，由于课堂时间的问题，我们可以让学生只写中间段或只写开头段或只写结尾段，这样练习就比较有针对性。
对于分层练习，我们要建议学生有自己的观点，要举例子，比如说first of all，secondly，thirdly，in my opinion一定要让学生有自己的观点。
在明确要求方面，必须要求学生有复合句、感叹句、祈使句……这种多种句型的应用，没有要求，学生就会写的简单。
对于如何点评我们要注意单句的结合，多写层面，范文层面要有机的整合。
