A lot of time that employee fun balls to ball
Because they are not sure what are exactly to do.
And I feel like sometimes when there's overtraining and something goes off script, which happens all the time in small business, a lot of times that the employee fumbles the ball, so to speak, because they're not sure what exactly to do.
go off script: 脱离脚本，偏离计划
fumble the ball: 漏球，失球，出错（笨手笨脚地弄球）
