神秘玫瑰第二天：笑的联想

今天是21天神秘玫瑰静心课程的第一阶段，笑的第二天。今天我觉得找到一些感觉，没带眼罩，看周围，真笑的百分比大概应该接近30%，假笑70%

一、真笑里边包含着自我嘲笑

我会发现，那个墙上有一些灰色的痕迹，感觉就像两只昆虫在交配，我突然间意识到，我可以玩一玩，利用想象力啊，把这个笑给带出来，我就订了个主题：“把什么都当成是跟性有关的联想”

所以我就四处在墙壁呀，各种同学的姿里啊，任何的细节里面，我去寻找与性相关的。果然我这个由于内在里边关于性有很多制约，并且压抑了很久。所以投射在外面，到处都是性，到处都是性的象征，哎哟，好玩极了。

最典型的。就是奥修，在庄子屋里边有一个雕塑的头像，留着大胡子。所以感觉就像一个超级避孕套一样啊，黑乎乎的。当联想成功后，我看一眼，我就笑得不得了

二、外面只有自己

一边笑，一边那在里边，在反思，真的。看外面，真的是外面没有别人，都是你自己，你那在里边有什么，你投射出来的都是什么，在里边性压抑过多，投射出来，到处都是性格痕迹，

就我有联想到一个故事：有人偷情，然后整个村庄的人都用石头说要砸死那个偷情的这一对，那为什么呢，因为他们都很恐惧。因为其实他们内在里面也有这个部分。

三、充分探索就归档完结

差不多，我觉得应该玩了40分钟，而且乐得不亦乐乎，然后能量就衰竭了，关于性，再怎么想，感觉没意思，我又觉得性没什么可怕的，只要充分地去探索，表达，沟通，然后完了以后就归档了，性就是性，就不会整天满脑子跑火车样，跑出来，性，干扰着我们正常的生活

所以这就是青少年性教育的这个非常关键的点，就是很多时候我们都逃避这个话题，但其实他就像吃喝拉撒，很正常的一个人性的部分，动物性的部分。如果得到充分的讨论，充分的表达，那就不会有太多的这种乱七八糟的事情会发生。

四、戏剧表演，逗乐斯大林女儿

又一轮的能量衰竭，我就开始找乐子，找那些可以引发我笑的这些事儿去干。那正好看到一个女生，然后坐在那边冷眼旁观，满脸严肃地看着周围的。我就把枕头做她马路对过。

我也假装很严肃的看着他，然后突然之间噗嗤，假装笑出来，仿佛把自己戏剧学院所学过的表演都用上去。马上回归严肃。看着她噗嗤又笑开了，几个切换之后，那个女生也被我带动起来，她也开始和我玩耍，看到我一眼，开始很严肃，然后也是突然之间笑开怀，我们假装着、假装着，突然之间就真的就觉得很好笑。

这个女生其实笑的时候很漂亮，板着脸的时候，就像斯大林他女儿，那个凶相。哇噻，我觉得真的笑，能够融化所有一切。所以带这个东西玩了大概20分钟吧，又觉得能量低的没劲，然后我又跑到旁边。

五、假装造反，逗乐老师

能量就这样起起伏伏，后半段真笑的成分就不太多了，感觉比较疲倦，然后。最后有一个小高潮，其实那个时候不知道是那个时间已经快到了，我们就把老师赶下座椅，然后我们站在老师的椅子上面。假装欢呼着结束的这个约定的暗号，我们笑成一团，我们知道还没有到时间，但是。我们就笑成一团。这个部分其实挺挺好玩儿的。

六、终于解放

能量又低落了，我们各自又趴下了，这个时候，其中一个老师拉着同学的手，然后站在当中，然后暗示我们可以都站起来，我们就是不站，我们不上当了，但突然之间的老师拿着那个学生手，一同举上天，表达课程结束的那个暗示，

我操！真的下课了，真的终于下课了。我，我们又笑成一团，

七、愿意犯傻，一切都轻松

然后我们都站起来，按照约定，进行结束仪式，然后再听奥修的演说，三声“叮”，课程结束。

整个过程中的状态我觉得挺有意思的，发现笑其实很容易。只要有联想，笑其实很容易，甚至不需联想，天然的笑就自动发生了。只要你愿意让自己进入傻乎乎的状态，很美好的这个体验。当然还得有一群傻笑的同伴，那就更美好啦。

Looking around, the percentage of true smile should be approximately 30%, and the percentage of fake smile should be 70%

First, the real smile contains self-ridicule

So I went around the walls, all kinds of classmates' postures, inside, and in any details, I went to look for sex-related.  Indeed as expected, I have a lot of restrictions on sex and have suppressed it for a long time.  So it's projected outside, everywhere is sex, everywhere is sex symbol, ouch, it's fun.

Second, only oneself outside

I found the whole process very interesting and found it easy to laugh.  As long as there is association, laughter is actually very easy, even without association, natural laughter occurs automatically.  As long as you are willing to let yourself into a silly state, it is a wonderful experience.  Of course, there must be a group of giggling companions, that would be more beautiful.
