① self-evident显而易见的、不言而喻，不证自明，同义表达crystal clear / clear cut /It goes without saying / apparent/ obvious/ everybody；

② truths读的时候“th”几乎不发音，created/kriːˈeɪtɪd/, equal/'ikwəl/。We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.这句话来自于独立宣言
