There are many experiences in our life, whether good or bad, all of them are the beautiful sceneries in our life. Ever since I can remember, two experiences which are important to me have profound impact on my life.
The first one is the serious anxiety which I had experienced five years ago. At that time, I was painful not only in physically but also in mentally. I was too weak to do anything, except lying in bed. I always had a fever, a serious headache, a stomachache and esophageal reflux. I cried every day and felt sad and helpless, sometimes I even thought that I was at the end of my life.
One day, I suddenly recognized the preciousness of life, I realized that I had spent too much effort on things which were not important and I never loved myself for a long time. I told myself that I didn't know how much time I have left, but I should live each day as if it was last, a lot of dreams of me haven't come true yet, so I must buck up.
The strong desire to recover cheered me up, I tried my best to find the ways to get me better. With the help of others and the effort of me, at last, I won the battle. From then on, I have changed a lot, be more sunny, be more optimistic, be more self love, be more confident.
This experience made me more treasure present life, I'm not so shy anymore, I'm not afraid to say no. I just do what I really like rather than wasting a lot of time to please others. And from then on, I developed a strong interest in psychology.
Now I am stronger than ever. When I feel upset, I can recover myself quickly, when I meet with some difficulties, I always tell myself that maybe I can learn a lot from this experience, and then I try my best to overcome them. I believe that no one can beat you except yourself. Every experience and every person comes to my life has its own specific meaning, I will cherish them, even it is a bad one, because I can also learn a lot from unpleasant experiences.
