More and more families in China have pets at home. In the meantime, thousands of pet stores or hospitals appeared in the market in all scale of cities. But some stores or clinics close in a year, some can only make it two years, but few have good business. Why? What makes the difference?
1.Chain stores can last a long time. The Chain stores have a better source of products, professional teams to help pet store owners to run business, such as choosing the store location, store decoration, product sourcing effective by big data searching, offering other grooming or medical training, etc. Some chain stores have consistent service to offer for their stores, some do not. And also the franchise fee needs double consideration.
2.Personal stores in good locations can have a better business. Some store owners have professional experience on running pet stores, products sourcing, grooming service but some clinic owner is profession vet and also hire well-experienced staffs, with good services.
3.Personal stores with online shops can have a better business. Live streaming is popular in China. Some pets owners have pets to present their products, services and offer free advice on raising pets to their customers. They usually set up WeChat groups to provide products information, pets information, or other useful information to customers. Some present their happy lives with their pets. Some may deliver coupons for their store members. These stores which can put on their foot on their consumers usually have a better business. Some offer to deliver service to their customer. But if you do need to visit their stores, you can go to their stores to buy products too.
All in all, No matter chain stores or personal stores, those which have better product supply management, timely delivery, good service, and the most important is to run a business with their love consistently usually are easier to win in the business.
