根据不同的要求制作不同的检查单，对于学生自己能力方面的检查单可以让他们参与，因为这样学生会明确自己学习的重难点，更加有主人翁意识。

报告单常用于汇报。每次评测之后，应该把学生的学习情况及时向家长报告。
检查单是学生对自己学习情况的检测。

学生独立自选，不仅帮助教师减轻了筛选需要花费大量时间和精力的压力，也激励了学生自主独立意识。

what went well? were the objectives really achieved by all of the students? why did something not work? was it because I was trying to fit too much into the lesson? Was a particular activity not appropriate for the level of the students' abilities? How could the lesson have been improved?
What should be the next steps? Does part of the lesson need to be repeated in a different way for some students How can this be done so that the students who achieved the objectives will continue to be challenged?
