B. Select proper control on the pneumatics panel and set according to the K&S specifaction

The following pressure settings serve as a guideline:

--Air guide pressure setting are similar to Ultra

-- Tensioner pressure settings have been rescaled to provide more resolution Recommended pressure Settings
NOTE:

These setting may be changed as needed when operating the machine

Looping Conversion Guideline

When loading an Ultra bond program on Iconn:
-Existing loop shapes are supposd.
-No bond parameter changes are required.
-If portablilty is desired,the wirefeed settings should be set according to the table below

Some challenging applications may require fine tuning of looing parameters such as loop factors, shape factor,or throttles to compensate foe the increase in ICONN speed.
