Removal/Intstall of LCD Monitor,WIRE Feed/BITS board ,EFo Box assembly
Replacement of LCD Monitor

Wire Feed/BITS Board Location

Wire Feed/BITS Board Removal

-Remove top panel cover screws(9x)
-Disconnect all electrical cables from wire Feed/BITS Board

-Remove top panel cover screws(9x)(Loose phiip screw, slide board to right to remove)
-Disconnect all electrical cables from Wire Feed/BITS Borad
-Locate and loose 1 screw that secures the board to the upper console base

-Slide board to right and pullit away from the standoffs Wire Feed/BITS cable connections
EFO Box Assembly
-Up To 5000 VOLTS DC IS PRESENT WITHIN THE EFO BOX WHEN THE EFO FIRES
-DO NOT OPEN THE EFO BOX
-THERE ARE NO USER-SERVICEABLE COMPONENTS INSIDE THE EFO BOX

EFO BOX REMOVAL

Procedure:

• Turn off machine power,wait five minutes before continuing with the procedure
• Remove the top panel cover on upper console assembly to access the EFO box
• Locate the 3x M4x10mm SHCSs with washers on the underside of the upper console chasis and remove the screws
• Disconnect the following cables the EFO box:EFO Hight-voltage cable from connector J3(right side of box) power cable from cocnnector J6(near panel of box) Data cable from connector J2(real panel of box)
• Remove the EFO box from the machine.
