Air Tensioner to Transducer Alignment
Tools needed--Tensioned Alignment Fixgure
P/N 08888-0036-000-00
Force sensor Calibration Tool
P/N 08858-0901-001-00
--Replace capillary with Force Sensor Calibration Tool on the transducer(Optional)
--Activate Z chess and press the"Down arrow key" on the MMI till Z axis value reaches o mil.
--Place the alignment jig into the force sensor calibration tool and ensure jig is flushed to the transducer surface
--Loose the lock screw on the Tensioner Alignment Jig and adjust rod till it touches the tensioner lower ceramic tube
--Loosen the Y and X axis locking screw for the tensioner on the optical housing assembly
-Adjust the Tensioner and ensure assembly is aligned with the Transducer
-Tighten Tensioner assembly X and Y adjustment screws
