使用SpringMVC 实现多文件上传和下载

    总结下近期学习SpringMVC在网上看到的资料后,自己优化实现的多文件上传和下载的功能。如有问题,请留言哦~
    1、依赖jar包
    ant.jar
    commons-fileupload-1.3.1.jar
    connom-io.jar

    2、spring-mvc.xml文件配置
