加班狗伤不起。

It hurts me a lots  working overtime.

Working overtime means working extra hours ,working longer than normal work days.  It really hurts me a lot .  This is exactly what causes me a  serious backache  as well as an unbearable chestache.

I couldn't sleep well last week, but I didn't know what the reason was,  which is really strange.

This morning I woke up at 6 o'clock and  it was impossible for me to sit on the sofa . How sleepy I was!  Lying back again on the bed and fell asleep immediately.

I didn't realize that I worked overtime last week for  15 days  until I woke up just now with full energy. I was wide awake, refreshed and full of energy.

Personally speaking, I do think working overtime is  not scientific,  inhumane, inhuman, unreasonable.

An exhausted dog cannot work overtime.  If we  keep working  For a long time, we are nervous and easy to make mistake leading  in low  efficiency.

I really long for normal weekends without working overtime.  It absolutely refreshes us.
