这已经是我第二次参加晨读了，这个月的状况比我想象中的复杂，艰难，而且我完成的也没有计划的好，甚至沮丧和自责，家里小学生要期中考，每晚复习功课到深夜，加之临时公出培训，晚上也要培训。背诵都是忙里偷闲，跑到公司的小黑屋或是酒店会议室完成的。晨读期间晚上我都在退缩，今天那么那么累，明天不如偷偷懒就不起来晨读了。但是每天早上我都自然醒来参加晨读直播，这点我做到了我也克服自己爱赖床的习惯，但是有点很遗憾，我还是没有勇气在10分钟的cold call举手。晨读学习中，对个人的收获。首先，有时候我们总说要欣然接受别人的意见，但直面接受别人的judge时，心中还是会丝丝的不快，resist，这一点小我的情绪在上个月晨读中尤其明显，但这个月我可以欣然接受大家的反馈和指正，在背诵chains of segregation… 这段时我以为我完成的很ok，sherry老师说我的chain读的有问题，我回听好几次，确实ei是我的语音盲点之一，我会念成ae，那一晚上我花了很多时间去纠正这个音。我觉得接受别人的意见去改正，去刻意练习会让自己更进一步。第二，在给别人意见时一定要double check，我记得史妍小伙伴读mississippi我说应该发pi的音，因为我也有过质疑是不是也可以读成bi，我就随手查了牛津读的是pi，我就认为是pi，在史妍小伙伴提出一起讨论后，我又查了欧陆，问了siri，他们也读了bi，所以说来bi和pi都是可以的。如同交给领导的数据一样，反馈也是要经过一遍遍反复验证和校对，不然会造成别人的不适。最后，我对自己的一点点愿景，我希望下个月假如能成功报名晨读，我想做的更好，突破自己的舒适区。每次看到小伙伴的复盘我都会感慨大家写的好好，好羡慕，但是我觉得我就和自己比，今天比明天进步，那就是收获，我可以慢点，但一定要稳扎稳打。下面10天的晨读知识整理里，今天一大早7点就把这10天内容再刷了一遍，给自己10天的学习做个最后的梳理。
