    MANIFESTATION OF THE UNIVERSE(7)

<< Genesis 5:3 >> [And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image]

<< Genesis 2:7 >> [And the Lord formed man from the dust of the ground (meaning after the making of the physical man, he was in a low condition, carnal, void of spiritual truth), and breath into his nostrils the breath of life (the man Adam was then taught spiritual knowledge and principles, such as the law and the prophecies); and man became a living soul.]

Christ is the breath of life. It is the belief in the words of Christ that can change us from the animal nature, into becoming the sons of the Lord God. We are beasts without the words and the laws of Lord YAHAWAH.

<< John 20:22 >> [And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said unto them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit.]

The breath of life in the Bible refers to the Holy Spirit and the receiving and obeying of the knowledge and the laws of God.

<< Ezekiel 37:5 >> [Thus saith the Lord unto these bones (The descendents of the twelve tribes of Israel); Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you (spiritual knowledge), and ye shall live.]

<< Genesis 2:7 >> [And the Lord YAHAWAH formed man of the dust of the ground, and breath into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.]

God formed the physical man from the elements. God made man's mind and spirit from the spiritual world, which he breathed into man.

Originally, we were given both physical and spiritual senses also. Mankind can deal with both the physical and the spiritual world simultaneously. Mankind is the microcosmic encapsulation of the spiritual and the physical world: the image of God!

    << I Corinthians 15:35-58 >>

[<35>But some man will say, How are the dead raised up?  and with what body do they come?

<36> Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:

<37> And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:

<38> But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.

<39> All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.

<40> There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

<41> There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.

<42> So also is the resurrection of the dead.  It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

<43> It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

<44> It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body.  There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

<45> And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

<46> Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

<47> The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

<48> As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

<49> And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

<50> Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

<51> Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

<52> In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

<53> For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

<54> So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

<55> O death, where is thy sting?  O grave, where is thy victory?

<56> The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

<57> But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. <58> Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.]

    38 但 神随自己的意思给他一个形体,并叫各等子粒各有自己的形体。

    39 凡肉体各有不同:人是一样,兽又是一样,鸟又是一样,鱼又是一样。

    40 有天上的形体,也有地上的形体;但天上形体的荣光是一样,地上形体的荣光又是一样。

    41 日有日的荣光,月有月的荣光,星有星的荣光;这星和那星的荣光也有分别。

    42 死人复活也是这样:所种的是必朽坏的,复活的是不朽坏的;

    43 所种的是羞辱的,复活的是荣耀的;所种的是软弱的,复活的是强壮的;

    44 所种的是血气的身体,复活的是灵性的身体。若有血气的身体,也必有灵性的身体。

    45 经上也是这样记着说:“首先的人亚当成了有灵(“灵”或作“血气”)的活人”;末后的亚当成了叫人活的灵。

    46 但属灵的不在先,属血气的在先,以后才有属灵的。

    47 头一个人是出于地,乃属土;第二个人是出于天。

    48 那属土的怎样,凡属土的也就怎样;属天的怎样,凡属天的也就怎样。

    49 我们既有属土的形状,将来也必有属天的形状。

    50 弟兄们,我告诉你们说,血肉之体不能承受 神的国,必朽坏的不能承受不朽坏的。

    51 我如今把一件奥秘的事告诉你们:我们不是都要睡觉,乃是都要改变,

    52 就在一霎时,眨眼之间,号筒末次吹响的时候。因号筒要响,死人要复活成为不朽坏的,我们也要改变。

    53 这必朽坏的总要变成(“变成”原文作“穿”。下同)不朽坏的,这必死的总要变成不死的。

    54 这必朽坏的既变成不朽坏的,这必死的既变成不死的,那时经上所记“死被得胜吞灭”的话就应验了。

    55 死啊!你得胜的权势在哪里? 死啊!你的毒钩在哪里?

    56 死的毒钩就是罪,罪的权势就是律法。

    57 感谢 神,使我们藉着我们的主耶稣基督得胜。

    58 所以,我亲爱的弟兄们,你们务要坚固,不可摇动,常常竭力多做主工;因为知道,你们的劳苦在主里面不是徒然的。

<< ECCLESIASTES 12:7 >> [Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.]

    << II CORINTHIANS 5:1-11 >>

[<1>For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

<2> For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:

<3> If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.

<4> For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

<5> Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.

<6> Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:

<7>  For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

<8> We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

<9> Wherefore we labor, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

<10> For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

<11> Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.]

    哥林多后书 5:1-11 和合本

    1 我们原知道,我们这地上的帐棚若拆毁了,必得 神所造,不是人手所造,在天上永存的房屋。

    2 我们在这帐棚里叹息,深想得那从天上来的房屋,好像穿上衣服;

    3 倘若穿上,被遇见的时候就不至于赤身了。

    4 我们在这帐棚里叹息劳苦,并非愿意脱下这个,乃是愿意穿上那个,好叫这必死的被生命吞灭了。

    5 为此,培植我们的就是 神,他又赐给我们圣灵作凭据(原文作“质”)。

    6 所以,我们时常坦然无惧,并且晓得我们住在身内,便与主相离。7 因我们行事为人是凭着信心,不是凭着眼见。

    8 我们坦然无惧,是更愿意离开身体与主同住。

    9 所以,无论是住在身内,离开身外,我们立了志向,要得主的喜悦。

    10 因为我们众人必要在基督台前显露出来,叫各人按着本身所行的,或善或恶受报。

    11 我们既知道主是可畏的,所以劝人。但我们在 神面前是显明的,盼望在你们的良心里也是显明的。

Clearly we can see how Adam was made in the image of the God, and was called the son of  God:

    很显然,我们可以看出亚当是照着神的形像造的,并称为神的儿子。

<< Luke 3:38 >> [...Adam, which was the Son of God.]

<< John 1:12 >> [But as many as received Him (the real Jesus Christ), to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name!]

Not only was Adam a unique creation, so was Eve. Eve was custom made for Adam, to help him. Eve was made miraculously by God, from an anatomical rib of Adam.

<< Genesis 2:22 >>  [And the rib which the Lord had taken from the man, made he a woman.]

Since then, the term rib has been used in referring to a person's near of kin, like we say flesh and blood today! There are many good examples of this usage in the Bible:

    从那以后,“肋骨”这个词就被用来指一个人的近亲,就像我们今天说的“有血有肉”一样。圣经中有很多很好的例子来说明这个用法:

<< Genesis 29:14 >> [And Laban said to him, Surely thou art my bone and my flesh.]

Bone and flesh represents near of kin, z. Rib in this context does not refer to the anatomical rib inside of the body at all!

<< First Chronicle 11:1 >> [Then all Israel gathered themselves unto David unto Hebron, saying, Behold, we are thy bone and thy flesh.]

A verse that is often misunderstood is:

    经常被误解的经文是:

<< Genesis 2:25 >> [And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed]

In this context, naked does not imply that Adam and Eve were walking around in Eden with their private parts showing. The original man when he was created was enveloped in a robe of glorious light. Adam had no need of material clothing to cover his skin. As the image of God, his entire body originally had a glow of light for a covering. Examples are found throughout the scriptures:

    在此上下文中,裸体并不意味着亚当和夏娃在伊甸园中行走时私处暴露。最初的人被创造出来的时候,他被包裹在一件光辉的袍子里。亚当不需要穿物质的衣服来遮盖他的皮肤。他本是神的形像,全身有光遮蔽。圣经中有很多例子:

<< Psalm 104:1,2 >> [Blessed the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honor and majesty. Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment.]

<< I Corinthians 11:7 >> [For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, for as much as he is the image and glory of God]

    哥林多前书 11:7 男人本不该蒙着头,因为他是 神的形像和荣耀;

It was after Adam's disobedience that the glow of glory, which covered him, was lost from his body, requiring him to find material covering to hide his nakedness!
