20181122-参加Justin老师的写作，平常工作中虽然也要写英文邮件，但在课堂上，发现好多细节真的没有去留心的，mindful，感觉以后写邮件可以做的更好。
1、参考史妍小伙伴的方法，谢谢史妍童鞋，感觉自己从很多小伙伴偷学了不少学习发方法，先把自己的版本附上（查了一下markdown，还是不知如何在文字底下加下划线，放弃）：
I am writing today to complain of the overcharging I had experienced from your company.
Yesterday afternoon in San Francisco I was traveling by myself and called an Uber shared ride, and the estimated price was $6, but order confirmation didn’t show on my iPhone app. Therefore, I called the driver Daniel, knowing that the driver had received the order, which was a carpool order.
Sadly, the Uber charged me $15 instead of the $6 initially shown for this a shared ride. I trust this is not the way that your company wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I would like to request the refund. My Uber account is go_phenomenal_english@gmail.com. The receipt is attached. Please note that check. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

2、对比Justin老师提供的版本，我的问题有如下几点：
① 在段一，应该尽可能的提供对方处理我这个事情需要的信息，比如账户信息go_phenomenal_english@gmail.com.
② 在段二，应该避免无关信息的出现，所以独自旅游实际上可以不要
③ 在段二，表达上不够简洁
④ 收件人的称呼 Dear Sir/Madam,
⑤ 提交作业时未标记字数，和分段数字
