优秀品格成长量表
优秀品格成长量表（Character Growth Card） 是由宾夕法尼亚大学心理学教授Angela Lee Duckworth和美国KIPP学校联合研发的成长量表。这张量表评估了学生在学术（Strengths of Mind）、社会沟通（Strengths of Heart）、行动（Strengths of Wil）三大维度的全方位的能力。用于老师与学生之间、学生与家长之间产生有建设性的、深度启迪品格、性格成长对话。
以下为优秀品格成长量表（Character Growth Card）的七个方面：
01 Curiosity 好奇心
Eagerly exploring new things
热忱探索新事物
Asking questions that deepen understanding
提出有助于加深理解的问题
Taking an active interest in learning
对学习富有兴趣
02 Gratitude 感恩
Recognizing what other people do for you
意识到别人为你做的事
Showing appreciation for opportunities
对机会要感恩
Expressing appreciation by saying thank you or doing nice things for people
通过说“谢谢”或做好事表示感谢
03 Grit 坚毅
Finishing what you begin
善始善终
Staying committed to your goals
坚持自己的目标
Working hard even after experiencing failure or when you feel like quitting
即使遇到失败或想退出也能坚持下去
Sticking with a project or activity for more than a few weeks
能坚持执行一个项目或者活动超过几个星期
04 Optimism 乐观
Believing that effort will improve your future
坚信努力会改善你的未来
When bad things happen, thinking about what you could do to avoid similar bad outcomes in the future
当不好的事情发生时，思考你做什么可以避免类似的不良后果在未来再发生（吃一堑长一智）
Staying motivated, even when things don’t go well
即使事情不顺利也能保持动力
05 Self-Control 自控力
Coming to the office or class with everything needed to get to work rather than being unprepared
上班或上课前提前准备
Getting to work right away rather than procrastination
马上进入工作状态，而不是拖延
Avoid getting distracte
避免分心
Remaining calm, evenwhen criticized
即使被批评也能保持冷静
Allowing others to speak rather than interrupting
不打断别人讲话
Being polite to all, even when stressed or angry
