我们都知道频率副词用来描述我们做事情的频率，比如：always, often, rarely 等等。今天，我们就来详细聊一下这些频率副词表达的频率大小。

1. always — Always means you do it all of the time, 100% of the time.

always （总是）代表的频率等级是100%，也就是每次都。

She always spells my name wrong. 她总是把我的名字拼错。

2. usually — Usually means you do something about 80% of the time.

usually（经常）代表的频率等级大约是 80%。

He usually gets home about six o'clock. 他通常在 6 点左右到家。

3. often — Often means a little bit less than Usually, so maybe around 70, 75 percent of the time. So, most of the time.

often（时常）代表的频率等级比 usually 低一些，大约 70% 或 75%。

I often see him in the garden. 我常见他在花园里。

4. sometimes — Sometimes is about 50% of the time.

sometimes（有时）代表的频率大约在 50%。

Sometimes we take food with us and sometimes we buy food when we're there. 有时我们自己带食物，有时我们在那儿买。
