Several years ago, I was so tired that I got a severe anxiety. After I recovered, reviewed what happened at that stage, I realized that there were so many unhappy things and unfriendly persons appeared at that time that I was deeply affected by the negative energy. From then on, I began to focus on positive psychology. Last year when I began to learn yoga philosophy, I had a better understanding of the consciousness in the mind.
A lot of things are happening around us every day, some of them have been caused by ourselves and the rest of them may have been caused by others. Some of them are good, and maybe the rest of them are not good. We are easily influenced by good things and we are also easily influenced by unpleasant things. We are happy over our success and we are sad over our failure. But in fact, there is no good or bad, and there is no success or failure, there is only our imagination. We often take our imagitation as fact so that we are easily affected by appearances.
When I realized that, I began to focus on the positive things. Every coin has its two sides, an optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty, and a pessimist sees a difficulty in every opportunity. The same thing, we can imagine it very well, we can also imagine it very badly, we need to seek the truth behind appearances to get things back on track.
I like to make friends with optimist, because they always see the wonderful things in life, to get along with them, I feel very happy. Sometimes I also talk with the pessimist, I encourage them and help them through their difficulties, but when I realize that I have been affected by them of the negative energy, I will choose to leave them temporarily, because if you want to help someone, you need to be strong in the first.
Focus on the wonderful things in life, and you will become more and more sunny.
