一.元音组合 发第一个字母本身的音。
ai /ei/ rain, mail,fail,sail
ay/ei/ day may say
ea/i:/ meat tea sea (bread head sweater 等除外。)
ee/i:/ meet need see
y/ai/ cry fry try
igh /ai/ high light night
oa/au/coat float goat
二，一般现在时态
1.一般现在时的用法：
(1)表示经常性、习惯性、反复性发生的动作或现在存在的状态。
(2)表示客观事实、真理、格言、俗语及自然现象。
(3)助动词是do,第三人称单数:does.
一般现在时常与often经常,always,总是,一直usually通常,every day每天,every week每周,every morning每天早晨,every evening每天晚上，every month每个月,every year每年,never从不,sometimes有时,on Sundays星期天，in the morning 在早上,in the afternoon，在下午等连用。
句型:
肯定:
My brothers like playing basketball.
否定: 动词前面加don't=do not.
My brothers don't like playing basketball.
疑问句，助动词提前，动词用原形
Do your brothers like playing basketball?
肯否回答:
Yes, They do./No,They don't.
第三人称单数例句:
My dad reads newspapers at night
否定句:
My dad doesn't read newspaper at night.
疑问句:
Does your dad read newspaper at night?
回答: Yes,he does./No,he doesn't.
三，
一般现在时现在进行时的基本结构
肯定式：am/is/are+doing（现在分词）
They’re having a meeting now. 他们现在正在开会。
否定式：am/is/are not +doing（现在分词）
They aren't having a meeting now. 他们现在没有在开会。
一般疑问式：Am/Is/Are + 主语 +doing（现在分词）+ 其他
Are they having a meeting now? 他们现在正在开会吗？
特殊疑问式：特殊疑问词+一般疑问式
What are they doing now? 他们现在正在做什么？
现在进行时的基本用法:
表示此时此刻正在发生的事情。常与now，at the moment，look，listen等词连用。
The little boy is watching TV now. 这个小男孩现在正在看电视。
Listen！She is playing the guitar in the next room. 听！她正在隔壁房间弹吉他。
四，现在分词变化规则:
1.现在分词（doing）的变化规则
1. 一般在情况下，在动词词尾加-ing。
go——going，play——playing，know——knowing
2. 以不发音的字母e结尾动词，先去e再加-ing。
make——making，arrive——arriving
come——coming
3. 以重读闭音节结尾，且动词词尾只有一个辅音字母时，先双写这个辅音字母，再加-ing。
run——running，stop——stopping，swim——swimming，run——running
4. 以-ie结尾，先将-ie改成y，再加-ing。
tie——tying
die——dying
lie——lying
