Norm Crystallization: The convergence of the expectations of a group of individuals into a common perspective as they talk and carry out activities together.

规范具体化：当一群人在一起交谈和进行活动时，他们的期望汇合成一个共同的观点。

Normal Curve:  The symmetrical curve that represents the distribution of scores on many psychological attributes; allows researchable to make judgments of how unusual an observation or result is.

正态曲线：反映许多心理属性得分分布的对称曲线；允许研究人员对观察或结果的不寻常程度做出判断。

Normative Influence: Group effects that arise from individual's desire to be liked, accepted, and approved of by others.

规范性影响：个人希望被他人喜欢、接受和认可的愿望而产生的群体效应。

Normative Investigation: Research effort designed to describe what is characteristic of a specific age or developmental stage.

常模研究：为描述某一特定年龄或发展阶段特征而设计的研究。
