    Lesson 2 Breakfast or lunch?

     It was Sunday. I never get up early on Sundays. I sometimes stay in bed until lunch time.

    Last Sunday I got up very late. I looked out of the window. It was dark outside.

    'What a day!' I thought. 'It's raining again.' Just then, the telephone rang. It was my aunt Lucy.' I've just arrived by train,' she said. 'I'm coming to see you.' 'But I'm still having breakfast,' I said.

    'What are you doing?' she asked. ‘I’m having breakfast,' I repeated.

    'Dear me,' she said. 'Do you always get up so late? It's one o'clock!''

    三、知识笔记:

    1、朗读(L0)

    注意语调的轻重缓急。'What are you doing?'朗读需注意

    2、音标(L1)

    /ʌ/中元音。开口较大,比半开还要大些。唇形基本中常也可以比中常态更扁一些。发音时舌尖的位置要准确,应放在下齿龈的后续或者下齿龈后上缘靠近下齿根的部位。舌身低平,舌中部悄悄抬起。

    四、练习感悟:

    今天的早上上班的路上听了半个小时,晚上又听了半个小时。在听的时候出声或者无声跟读。发现跟读的时候很有原声的调调,但是当把原声关了,自己朗读,就与原声的调调千差万别。今天的录音总是与原声相差3S,最后录了好几次才完成60S相同的时间。时间相差较多的时候,录完之后再听原声,发现是有的句子自己读得太急了,需要放慢速度,比如Just then, the telephone rang。音标的学习还需要加强。去找了文章中的几个词并没有把它们单独截下来,跟读很不方便。
