二 结构剖析
【原文】The essences from sheet mask are meant to bring back essential nutrients into your skin. Don't wash off unless it's stated on the package. Once you remove your mask,gently pat in the remaining essence,so your skin can soak up all that goodness.
So have you ever taken out a sheet mask from the packaging and seen a bunch of leftover essence at the bottom? So don't throw this away. Use it on your neck,your hands,your knees,anywhere you feel like you need more hydration.
Now make sure all of the sheet mask is touching your skin,including your chin, You want to make sure to smooth out all the creases so that you don't leave any skin behind.
If you store your sheet mask vertically,remember to always massage the mask to spread vertically,then some of the essence may drip down and your sheet mask won't be as soaked. Massaging the package before opening it will allow your sheet mask to fully absorb all that goodness.

四 魔术：科技和毅力的结合
When I was a kid,I saw a magician put a knife through his hand and there was a lot of fake
blood. It took me 10 years to figure out how to do it for real with no blood（花了十年时间，才搞明白，如何真的用刀刺过手掌，而不会出血）。
You know this is used for ice. You're putting it through this area over here? Yeah,it's like
all different places it comes out（可以从不同的部位穿过）. Right. Somhow do you know to avoid the nerves,the blood vessels,the bones....（是如何避开神经、血管、骨头呢？）
I brushed the nerve the other day. My hand was frozen for like three days（有一天我擦到了神经，手肿了三天）。 You can see how complex and how dangerous to take an object and put it through your hand is. And specially where David's doing it is a whole complex of arteries there.（手掌部位非常复杂和危险，有大量的动脉）。
David,as far as I know,does not have x-ray vision. So he can't know where the arteries and nerves are flowing in his hand. He is doing this as we say blind. No one believes this,no one. For the record,I advised against it,just wanna let you know.

五 普洱茶
This is pu-erh,one of China's most elusive,expensive and intoxicating teas（普洱，是中国最为独特、昂贵、令人陶醉的一种茶）. Tea lovers are obsessed with pu-erh,which is often aged for years or even decades before drinking. Pu-erh,grown in groves like this,from century-old trees,can cost hundreds of dollars a pound（成长于茶丛中，具有几个世纪年龄的茶树，价值上千镑）。
After picking,the leaves are withered on these long beds,then stir-fried by hand to shut off enzymes that cause excessive oxidation采摘后，铺在长板上让它发蔫，用手翻炒以阻止酶让其过度氧化). The leaves are then rolled(翻),kneaded（揉） and tossed（抛）,then dried in the sun. It's then sent to factories for further processing. Pu-erh is traditionally pressed into dense cakes for aging. Some prized vintages can cost tens of thousands of dollars.
The future of pu-erh is uncertain,as prices climb and demand grows worldwide. Some worry that
new development threatens the natural ecosystem that makes quality pu-erh so pristine（担心过度的需求威胁自然生态系统，从而使得好普洱更珍贵）. One thing,though ,is clear. Once you get a taste of the good stuff,you'll see why this tea sends people climbing mountains（有一点是肯定的。一旦你品尝了这个好东西，你就会明白，为什么，普洱让如此多的人，去爬到山上，不辞辛劳）。
