These are what my boyfriend asked me last Sunday when we were going to and when we were at the UBR.

They were only jokes and for fun, but still,

I was quite triggered and irritated and I became extremely emotional.

Yes I normally would lost my temper and even lost myself in anger in such cases. It is nothing new, actually it happens quite frequently and causes me really a lot of sufferings.

I am always thinking what's behind my extreme reactions and my highly sensitive personality.

Firstly it should be my lack of security in the bottom of my heart build on my early childhood.

Secondly my lack of confidence in the future, in the relationship and especially in myself.

Thirdly my great fear of betrayal, failure, and not being loved by my partner.

I see my needs and I see myself.
