Hello everyone today i would like to introduce this 40ml dropper bottle. We usually use it for essential oil and serum skin care products.

The bottle is pink in color but also with gradient effect. You may wonder how we made it like this? Actually it was initially a transparent glass bottle and we sprayed the pink color on it and we just sprayed the upper part. You may think the process is really easy, but in fact there are a lot of details to be handled and each of the steps involved in the process may impact the perferctness of the finish. First we need to pick the transparent glass bottles which are flawless, and this depends on the quality of the raw material and the surface of the mould has to be smooth. Otherwise, you may see the black residules in the glass or there might be bumps on the surface that really affects the elegancy of your products. now let's measure the weight of the bottle as you can see the bottle has a really thick bottom, compare to this bottle it's much heavier. The weight of the glass bottle is one of the main factors which will impact the price. But the heavier bottle are also perceived as higher quality and less risky to be crush.

Now Let's have a look at the dropper part. It mainly consists of the dropper bulb, tube and the cap. Here the material of the bulb is silicone the tube is glass and the cap is made of pp and alminimum. The process of aluminum is worth to be mentioned.

The quality of the anodized aluminum really varies among the different prices. Let's have a close look at these two bottles and compare. We can see the identifiable difference between these two caps. Mainly, the pink one has really fine glitter and the right handed one is really rough. In the supply market, you'll mostly find the right handed one but if you require higher quality or your product is comparatively high end, you can always do customize.

Now let's try the suction power of the dropper. We can easily suck up a whole tube of liquid after one or two squeeze. The suction power depends on the bulb size or the compatibility of the bulb and the cap.

In a word, we really need to put a lot of effort in order to make a perfect colorful essential oil bottle and we need to follow a strict quality inspection process while doing the mass production.
