最近再用gatk-callingSNP时出现版本报错的问题，翻译一下，意思就是我用conda下载的java版本才到52.0，而最新下载的gatk4.4.0.0需要61.0的java版本，所以有两个方法解决问题，其一更新java到最新版本，第二是降低gatk的版本，我选择了用低一点的gatk版本4.2.4.1。最后成功运行。

Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/broadinstitute/hellbender/Main has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 61.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0
