听力输入累计快有1000个小时了，相比起开始确实有小的进步，不过距离目标还很远，不过还是要表扬自己一下，坚持下来，打磨自己，是一件很有价值的事情。
最近经历的一件事情，更加坚定了我持续走下去的初心。事情是这样的，厂里一个统计员位置有空缺，我被安排暂时顶岗同时培养可胜任的人。
这份工作没有特别高的技术含量，只要求有一定的电脑基础，可以使用简单的办公软件Word 、WPS、EXCEL就行，还有就是学会使用K3系统。
即使真的不会愿意学，也可以慢慢培养的，这份工作只要负责把车间内的产品录入系统，同时录入员工考勤工时就行。
因为技术含量不高，多半熟练以后上午就可以把工作干完，也是份闲差，但就是要细致，数据报表要准确。
前两天来了一个50岁的大姐，事业单位退休的职员，因为觉得还年轻，所以不想赋闲在家，想继续工作，通过熟人介绍来面试这个岗位。
我带着大姐熟悉了两天，我个人也是惊呆了，因为是领导熟人，据说在单位里也是很能干的，让我好好带，说是绝对可以胜任。可是，大姐一点电脑基础都没有，文件里连打印保存都不认识，所以这带起来也确实有难度。
没有办法我耐着性子，一点点教，教她录单一天，我加班2个小时，半天可以干完的活，我折腾一天。最后大姐在第三天中午实在坚持不下去了，吃了午饭就走了。
我只能说，她确实没法适应这个工作，不论是从能力还是心态。大姐说她在事业单位，一天到晚没事，就发发政府文件，多半是形式主义，像企业这种快节奏实事求是的工作，感觉有点紧张。
大姐走后，我内心很起伏，是的，如果我的年纪慢慢大了，我还想继续工作，我有没有什么硬技术？！
修炼自己，不断更新自己的能力，拓展自己的边界，才有可能会有更多机会，所以耐心打磨自己的技能，这是最重要的。
