I have watched a video which answering reporter's questions about COVID-19 from Chinese experts. When a reporter asked what is the Chinese approaches about fighting against new coronavirus, one of the experts' answer attracted me a lot. After he answered the approaches, he added that there are a lot of approaches, and that approaches what he said just come from Chinese practice, but it is not the only approaches, maybe some countries have its own approaches, whichever approaches you use, It's all about achieving a common goal, that is fighting against the new coronavirus. At last, he said, the world is beautiful, because of its diversity, not of the identical.
This reminds me of what my advisor said to me when I was writing my graduation thesis for my master degree. That is every one has his own opinions, and no one has the right to force others to accept his opinions, you can also disagree other's opinions, but you have to respect them.
This also reminds me of what another teacher said when he was giving the online class, that is none of the culture is either good or bad, they are just different.
We are living in a same world, but in a different countries, even we are living in a same country, but in a different cities, even we are living in a same city, but we have different opinons. Every city has its own cultures, and every culture has its advantages and disadvantages. Similarly, every one has its own opinions, and opinions can't be right or not, they are just different.
The world is beautiful, because of its diversity, we need to focus on what we believe as well as respect other's believe. Whatever you believe, we all have a common goal to pursue, that is a better life and a better world.
