Making Mille Crepe Cake

    The day before yesterday, I made a sponge cake with butter cream 、Oreo cookies and bananas. And today I have made a Mille Crepe Cake with butter cream、Oreo cookies and strawberry. It is so delicious that I have eaten half of the cake.

    The process of making Mille Crepe Cake and sponge cake are very similar, the big difference is as follows: Making a sponge cake need use a mixer to whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form so that the liquid cake can turn into poofy air-filled solid cake, and making a Mille Crepe Cake don't need to whip the egg whites, just put the liquid cake into the pan and make it into several pieces crepes.

    When all of the crepes have finished, put one piece on the bread board, added some butter cream and strawberry, and then put another piece of crepe on it. The rest can be done in the same manner. The first three layer was filled with butter cream and strawberry, and the rest layer was filled with butter cream and Oreo cookies which was crushed. When all of these was done, put the whole cake into the refrigerator so that the cake would be tasted more delicious.

    My niece also likes this cake, and even she expects what kind cake will we do tomorrow. My nephew didn't come over to my home, so I let his mother take away a big piece to him.

    Now, I can make three kinds of cakes: the first one is sponge cake, the second one is sponge cake with butter cream、Oreo cookies and fruits and the third one is Mille Crepe Cake with butter cream and fruits. All of them are very delicious so that I aways eat a lot every time. Some people  worry that they will get fat by eating cakes, but I never worry that, because I have a fast metabolism and I often eat until I am eight full, rarely eating until I am stuffed, and another important reason is that I do yoga every day. All these good habits make me keep fit and my body in shape.
