    今夜，平安夜，苹果早早就到了。并不是很喜欢吃东西，就是很喜欢收到小惊喜。

    某位超级有爱的S同学把课堂表演的照片打印了出来放在抽屉，表演的过程历历在目。

    希望每一天都平平安安，每一天都可以发现小幸福。

    考试刚结束，核对答案的过程几家欢喜几家愁。课堂上，学生较平日多一份专注与认真，原来不怎么听讲的学生竟然主动站起来很认真地提问与回应，而自己自然也开心起来。

一，及时反馈让学习效果更佳。

    日常的作业，默写的反馈因为自己的不太理想的记忆力总是会忘记，等到想起来的时刻才发现时间已经过了，而学生自己也已经印象不够深刻甚至是忘记了。

    利用各种辅助手段帮助自己提升记忆力。利用便利贴和学生随时提醒自己及时对学生的表现做出反馈，不要拖延。

    把任务简化，让实践过程变得一目了然，有章可循，不至于茫然不知所措。提前制定学习计划，安排下周的学习任务，这样有心的学生可以提前准备，而感觉完成有难度的学生也可以选择先准备而不至于处于过于尴尬的境地。

二，用心，迷雾才会被逐渐拨开。

    我可以比较轻松地设置一堂逻辑性和哲理性都十分强的课堂，把教学的细节都十分自然地融入情景之中。

    可是作为一个不是十分幽默又不太关注娱乐的“闭门者”，我其实也为课堂的趣味性而深深发愁。

    在向专家，书本取经的过程中，发现幽默也并不是一时半会儿就可以建立起来的，只能是一步步循序渐进。

    即使是现在巨人的肩上，我们也无法选择一蹴而就。搜索各类信息资源，教学模式，然后慢慢实践。

    整理出教学中存在的亟待解决的问题是解决问题的必经之路。

1. 早自习朗读声音的大小该如何把控？太小了会让学生感到困乏或者走神？太大了又会太消耗体力？

2. 课堂的活动设计究竟如何才会最大程度地吸引学生的注意力但是又不至于不断提高启动学生的兴趣点？

3. 单词检测究竟可以如何更加高效地落实而又不会被学生视为唯一呢？

4. 如何最大程度调动学生对英文书籍的热爱并且养成阅读的好习惯？

  追根溯源，探寻问题的本质。阅读文献，咨询专家，与学生沟通，了解专业和当事人的意见，通过理性分析和实践来找到合适的办法。

三，英语天地

Face problems bravely and we will find a way out.      Although problems are part of our lives, it certainly doesn't mean that we let them rule our lives forever. One day,or the other you have to stand up and say problem I don't want you in my life. We've been fighting problems ever since we were born. But the good news is that all problems can be dealt with. Talk really helps. What most of us think is that a problem can be understood only by us and no talking is going to help. But the truth is that when you talk about it you're setting free the negative energies that have been gathering within you. Talking helps you move on, and let go. Write your problems. Having a diet personal diary can also be of great huge help if you don't want a real person to talk with.

Do not lose faith and hope. No matter what problems you get in life, there's another one million people whose problems are huge than yours. Your problems might just seem big and worse, but in reality they can be removed.

Go about and solve your problems, because every problem however big or small, always has a way out.
