I’d like to share with you about my points below.
First, our clothing cannot be too casual. In most cases, it is easy for people to be classified into various position ranks through our clothing. It seems that everyone is labeled a label virtually. So, we often see a fact that those ordinary people dressed lose many opportunities to promote their position, and it is easy for women to become a victim due to optional dress. About our dress style, I think we should follow the company culture, because different company has different requirements on employees’ clothing. For example, when we enter a new company, if all colleagues dress in relaxation, we don’t have to wear in suits. We’d better to keep a same clothing style with other colleagues, so that we can permeate in the team as soon as possible.
In other hand, we need to follow the dress measure. Sometimes, common dress doesn’t mean we shouldn’t dress beautiful, but we must pay more attention to a moderate measure. If we dress formal wear, close-fitting or too much dress up is not suited.
