我们平时都要上班，今天我们来学习一下关于平常生活的英语。

我在早上醒来。I wake up in the morning. 醒来，wake up.

我穿上衣服。I put on my clothes. 穿上，put on.

然后我刷牙和洗脸。Then I brush my teeth and wash my face. 然后，then. 刷牙，brush teeth. 洗脸，wash face.

我会骑电动车送侄子上学。I would take my nephew to school by electric bike. 侄子，nephew. 送某人到某个地方, take someone to somewhere. 电动车，electric bike.

接着我会吃早餐，再坐公交车去上班。Then I would eat breakfast and take the bus to work. 吃，eat. 早餐，breakfast. 坐公交车，take the bus/ by bus.

每天在公交车都有很多人。There are many people in the bus every day.

中午吃完午饭后我会睡一下。I'll have a nap after lunch at noon. 午饭，lunch. 中午，noon. 睡一下、打个盹，have a nap.

上班时久坐不动对身体不好，我经常会到处走动一下。It's bad for health to sit too long at work, so I would often walk around. 上班，at work. 对身体不好, bad for health. 坐，sit. 太久，too long. 到处走动, walk around.

傍晚下班，我坐公交车离开公司。I will take the bus to leave the company after work in the evening. 下班，after work. 傍晚，evening. 离开，leave. 公司，company.

如果有需要，有时我会加班。 Sometimes I work overtime if necessary. 加班，work overtime, 简称OT. 如果有需要，if necessary.

吃晚饭时我会看看电视。I'll watch TV when I have dinner. 晚餐，dinner. 看电视，watch TV.

吃完晚饭我可能会在外面散散步。I might have a walk outside after dinner. 散步，walk. 外面，outside.

晚上我一般会听歌和看书。I usually listen to songs and read books at night. 听歌，listen to songs. 看书，read books. 在晚上，at night.

然后我会洗澡和洗衣服。Then I bathe and wash my clothes. 洗澡，bathe. 洗衣服，wash clothes.

是时候睡觉了，晚安。It's time to go to bed, goodnight.
