泰式酸辣鸡脚:今天学做泰式酸辣鸡脚:早上跟店长学做泰式酸辣鸡爪:用料如下:鸡爪一斤、青柠2个、洋葱一个、姜切片、切末、蒜切末、香芹切段、香菜切碎、首先鸡脚切掉指甲、砍半、同样烧2锅水,一锅白水、一锅水加入葱结、姜片、料酒、八角等。青柠一只榨汁、一只切片、洋葱切片、把鸡爪先放入第一锅白开水烧5分钟,撇掉血沫、放入第二锅有料的水,煮到鸡爪有些开裂,放入凉水冲洗、然后用冰水镇泡十分钟,然后放入蒜末、姜末、洋葱片、香芹段、红椒末、香菜末,放入料酒2勺、生抽2勺、鱼露2勺、柠檬汁、白醋2勺、泰式甜辣酱2勺、白糖2勺、香油一勺调成酱汁,然后把鸡爪控好水放入酱汁中,拌匀、封上保鲜膜,放入冰箱上层,两小时后即可开吃!我是日记星球63号星宝宝,我坚持每日一记!
