Q1：How does Skeeter’s date end?
That was a totally bad ending. Firstly, Stuart did make Skeeter annoyed by indicating that they women from Ole Miss major in professional husband hunting. From the sarcastic response by Skeeter, that was obviously a huge offense for her. After that，things became even worse with the blunt words from Stuart that “Your coat smells like fertilizer.” Skeeter was truly stirred and the date was ended, unhappily.
Q2：Why can’t Celia become friends with Hilly’s group?
It is simply because Celia’s husband was Mr. Johnny, who once was Hilly’s ex-boyfriend and who was never gotten by Hilly.
Q3: In which way does Aibileen agree to continue the intervie with Skeeter?
Aibileen promoted that it would be better if she could write the stories down and read them to Skeeter.
Q4:What do you think of the story Aibileen tells that the injured white boy is sent to a colored hospital?
If there must be a meaning, I guess this story just presented the seriousness of separation. It must be very urgent when the “white fingers” of that boy was cut down. However, the doctor were not supposed to operate on that boy in a Negro hospital. It was weird since the law of separation even outweighed a life and the humanity.
Q5: What is Minny’s attitude towards Skeeter like when she first accepts the interview?
From their conversation, Minny believed that Skeeter was just one of the white women, like Hilly. Although suspicious, Minny still wanted to do the interview and made Skeeter truly understand the risks they would take in the process.
Q6: Why does Skeeter finally agree to go on a date with Stuart again?
“For a second, I remember Charles Gray, my only kiss in a lifetime.” I assume that it may be the sadness of a single dog.
Q7:Why is the bus Aibileen rides being checked the night she works late?
Since Medagar Evers has been shot, the bus was checked. And it was quite unequal to let the black people to get out of the bus but let the white passengers to be sent to their homes.
Q8: How does Yule May react to Aibileen’s invitation? She was actually interested in the interview with Skeeter. After Aibileen told her some details of it ,she was more willing to help.

整个故事读下来，倒是觉得黑人女仆的形象更为生动一些。相比起来，Skeeter总给人一种一言难尽的感觉。
我这次就先说说Skeeter吧，不然下次没有可以讲的啦。
在Chapter 13中有一段话：
Hilly says,“You and me and William and Stuart”
It stirkes me as suspicious, the way she’s arranged the names.
这句心理活动让我很是佩服啊。震惊，为什么一个语序问题就可以让Skeeter觉得不爽？大概她的脑回路是这样的：Hilly竟然没有把我和Stuart连在一起说——我今天和Stuart没法进行情侣间的小互动了——Stuart可能不会再爱我——我们俩药丸。可能Skeeter是个writer吧，对这种语言分析、阅读理解诸如此类的比较厉害。
然后在读到chapter14时，我开始对Skeeter有些失望. Skeeter想让Minny讲一下她的丈夫是如何看待游行和种族隔离的。Minny很明显地排斥这个话题，还特意把手臂上的疤遮住，可以看出这的确戳到了她的痛点。但Skeeter不顾Aibileen的暗示执意进行这个话题，只因为她觉得这写在书中会很有趣。
Skeeter太天真了。她可能并没有太大的恶意，只是单纯地想让自己的书变得更丰富更有意义，但她却忽略了黑人女仆的痛处。对于Skeeter这个白人女孩来说，没有这些提心吊胆的日子，没有这些让人痛苦的经历，更没有种族歧视之下的艰难生活，她始终无法理解到黑人女仆所面临的困难，也自然无法很好地换位思考。总而言之，Skeeter还是too young too simple。
当然Skeeter也不是这么恼火啦。主角光环还是有的，而且她的人设可是去为黑人女佣发声啊！
总而言之，话不能说的太死，不然之后打脸打的啪啪响。只有看完全书以后才能更好地评论Skeeter这个人物了
