As Oscar Levant once said, "It's not what you are but what you don't become that hurts."

You have great potential. When you believe in all you can be, rather than all you cannot become, you will find your place on earth.

没有贝多芬和卡鲁索的音乐，没有罗丹的艺术，没有爱因斯坦和爱迪生的思想，没有迪斯尼的想象力，没有路易莎·梅·奥尔科特的文学贡献，我们的世界会是什么样子？

每次一页页翻阅我的许愿本，那过程总让我明白：一个人若肯杜绝妄想，那些应有的强大就会回来。

生命里没有多少事，比梦想鲜活更美妙。

㈢“把别人当别人”这句话看似简单，但是做起来不见得容易。其意思是要充分地尊重每个人的独立性，在任何情形下都不可侵犯他人的核心领域。

㈣每个人都有权利决定他自己的未来，我们必须尊重别人的自由、隐私与选择。不管结果好不好，当事人都要承担他的选择与决定，这是他的人生学习，除非当事人希望我们帮忙。而我们也必须衡量能力，是否真的帮得上忙，还是虎头蛇尾？

把别人当别人是一种尊重的艺术，父母将子女的隐私还给子女，夫妻将宗教自由与政治信仰还给对方，主管将辩论的权利还给下属，都是一种令人愉悦且进步的人际关系。

不该我们管的，管不动的，就把别人当别人吧！
