食材表:
五花肉350g、葱白2根、生姜1块、花椒2茶匙、鸡精1茶匙、白胡椒粉1茶匙、鸡汤1/4杯、料酒2茶匙、柠檬汁几滴、蜂蜜1茶匙、花椒油、蛋黄1个、面粉1/4杯、地瓜粉
制作方法:
1、将五花肉切成1厘米左右的小肉块

2、制作腌料。将葱白、生姜、花椒、鸡精、白胡椒粉、鸡汤、料酒、柠檬汁放入料理机搅拌

3、将制作好的腌料倒入五花肉块中,抓拌一下

4、五花肉中继续加入蜂蜜、花椒油,抓匀,然后放入冰箱腌制半个小时以上

5、肉腌好后放入到另一个盘子里边,加入一个蛋黄,抓匀

6、继续加入面粉,拌匀,再裹上一层地瓜粉

7、空气炸锅180度预热3分钟,炸篮中喷上一层食用油

8、将肉摆放到空气炸锅炸蓝中,表面再喷点油,用180度的温度炸9分钟
