    听了安妮菌的讲解,感觉对于问题的描述清楚了不少。在我们的常识中,大家可能不约而同的认为新能源进入市场是一件好事情,但是没想到它会给市场带来这么大的冲击,套用Annie老师的话就是:可更新能源在自断其尾

    那么为什么会造成这样的局面呢?

    描述问题

    传统电力行业价格的定价主要是根据那些最贵的能源来的,如煤,石油。初始时,新能源占有的市场份额较少,在电力价格上不是主要的角色,可以顺其自然卖出高价,但是它的成本极其低廉。大家看到做新能源生意这么赚钱,自然蜂拥而入,降低价格,扩大市场份额,(一般商人的思维是先为自己的利益考虑,而不会看行业的发展),这就导致了新旧能源的价格竞争,而新能源价格低廉,旧的发电商就被挤出去了。但是如果价格压太低,做这新能源生意就不赚钱啦,所以就吸引不到投资。而且多出来的电用不掉,也需要电网进行储存,这样反而会倒贴钱;而政府看到新能源市场发展得较好,或者说是公司太多,自然会减少补助的力度。

    问题解决方案:

    自己个人思考的结果是新能源市场之所以会造成恶性循环,是因为恶性的价格竞争。风能太阳能几乎是不计成本的,但是正如水资源一样,我们可以规定一个相对固定的价格。电价保持不变,但是对于新能源可以减少补助力度,或者以其他的形式征收税费。

    新能源进入市场,看起来是一个新的产业逐步蚕食传统行业的过程,如果新能源真的可以完全取代传统的电力行业,那也是一件很好的事情。但现在看来,技术支持还不够,所以要努力平衡两者的关系,新能源由于其不稳定性,所以势必要依赖于传统的电力行业。因此,目前我更倾向于以传统电力行业为主,以新能源为辅的模式。

    文章提出的解决方案:

    文章指出,去碳化的压力使得政府重回电力市场,有3个原因,1.补贴系统;2.能源间歇性;3.能源的低成本。

    有两条解决方案1.技术的发展可以解决能量供应的间歇性,还可以提高电的传输效率2.对于决策者来说,要重新设计能源市场,合理地制定电价。

    Annie老师讲解的tips

    1.有些词你懂它的抽象意义,但是放到一个直接的物理意义里面时,反而不懂了。

    2.用词是表现一个画面,传达一个微妙的意思,要符合使用的具体情境。

    3.词的用意要仔细揣摩,联合在上下文中的语境
