听了安妮菌的讲解，感觉对于问题的描述清楚了不少。在我们的常识中，大家可能不约而同的认为新能源进入市场是一件好事情，但是没想到它会给市场带来这么大的冲击，套用Annie老师的话就是：可更新能源在自断其尾。
那么为什么会造成这样的局面呢？
描述问题：
传统电力行业价格的定价主要是根据那些最贵的能源来的，如煤，石油。初始时，新能源占有的市场份额较少，在电力价格上不是主要的角色，可以顺其自然卖出高价，但是它的成本极其低廉。大家看到做新能源生意这么赚钱，自然蜂拥而入，降低价格，扩大市场份额，（一般商人的思维是先为自己的利益考虑，而不会看行业的发展），这就导致了新旧能源的价格竞争，而新能源价格低廉，旧的发电商就被挤出去了。但是如果价格压太低，做这新能源生意就不赚钱啦，所以就吸引不到投资。而且多出来的电用不掉，也需要电网进行储存，这样反而会倒贴钱；而政府看到新能源市场发展得较好，或者说是公司太多，自然会减少补助的力度。
问题解决方案：
自己个人思考的结果是新能源市场之所以会造成恶性循环，是因为恶性的价格竞争。风能太阳能几乎是不计成本的，但是正如水资源一样，我们可以规定一个相对固定的价格。电价保持不变，但是对于新能源可以减少补助力度，或者以其他的形式征收税费。
新能源进入市场，看起来是一个新的产业逐步蚕食传统行业的过程，如果新能源真的可以完全取代传统的电力行业，那也是一件很好的事情。但现在看来，技术支持还不够，所以要努力平衡两者的关系，新能源由于其不稳定性，所以势必要依赖于传统的电力行业。因此，目前我更倾向于以传统电力行业为主，以新能源为辅的模式。
文章提出的解决方案：
文章指出，去碳化的压力使得政府重回电力市场，有3个原因，1.补贴系统；2.能源间歇性；3.能源的低成本。
有两条解决方案1.技术的发展可以解决能量供应的间歇性，还可以提高电的传输效率2.对于决策者来说，要重新设计能源市场，合理地制定电价。

1.有些词你懂它的抽象意义，但是放到一个直接的物理意义里面时，反而不懂了。
2.用词是表现一个画面，传达一个微妙的意思，要符合使用的具体情境。
3.词的用意要仔细揣摩，联合在上下文中的语境
