[Define Life]2019大连头马峰会Recap

忙忙叨叨拖拖拉拉，终于静下心来做个复盘

去年大概十月左右的样子，大连头马峰会售票，Williams邀请我参加19年五月份的头马峰会，他说会是个不错的体验。纠结了两秒钟，因为当时我三个月的工资还没有发，经济不够独立。后来狠了狠心，在能力范围内，成长比money更重要一些，就报名了。

因为工作的原因，脱离头马有一段时间了，各种信息联系起来也没有那么方便，而且刚入职工作又很繁杂，所以志愿者只报名了Cosplay服装组。很感激的是，这次再见到小伙伴，大家还是很亲切的感觉。

回到正题，大连头马峰会，对我的触动很大。从中英文演讲，即兴演讲，工作坊到Gala party，都是精彩纷呈，也可以说，是我从未欣赏过的震撼。更重要的是，他们给我一种想要改变，似乎也能够改变的冲动。他们专注事业，活得淋漓，也玩得尽兴；他们秉承着一种成长性思维，永远在寻求新的突破。以前，对于任何的工作坊，我的要求永远是干货要大于氛围，可是后来想法变了，情绪思维的转变远比学了多少东西重要得多。

先表扬，the first impression of her Speech is just like that song"Baby you are firework"

I saw not only something in you,I saw everything in you,every positive and passionate Potential to become a Great speaker.

适当的提出一些建议（比如，文章中要有Golden Sentences:Simple,Powerful）

最后说:I Believe that your life and work will bloom just like firework.

②What Speakers Beyond Mouth

"聊天止于呵呵"

1.肢体语言的道在于你要表达的信息

2.肢体语言可以学，可以抄，可以模仿，但不一定要成为他，最后要成为自己，没有一个方法适合所有人。

3.Body Language 一定要服务于你要表达的message.

4.从手势开始，可以从数词和形容词开始，比如有一天，我拿着三块钱，这里的一和三，可以用手势来表示，当然能做就做，不能做就不要强加

5.怎么完成两个人的对话:45度角度切换

6.舞台移动:左右随意走，前后有正负，向前走积极正能量，向后走负能量，手势收缩。

7.眼神交流，和会场各个方位的人eye contact.

第三场工作坊化妆去了，没有听，有点可惜，不过也没有特别想听的hh

回忆杀 见到了久违的无花果零食，跳跳糖，真的好久没见了。边吃边看演出的形式还不错，不会导致大家饿着肚子看节目

主要记住了两点:

1.要让所有的audience get到同一个message,这才是good message.

2.人们总是会对failure有所共鸣(跟手册说的异曲同工，该去读手册了)

3.转折的处理需要真实，不可能经历了失败，找到办法突然就成功了，要realistic.
