有效的沟通是说者说清楚了说明白了，（考虑对方能听懂的描述去表达）

同时听者听明白了听懂了，同时听不懂的没理解的问出来了，问清楚了，（给足反馈）

说者又听懂问题了又去解释清楚了，（接受反馈并加强描述）

听者又听懂解释了并给予反馈，（给足反馈）

说者接收到了听者的反馈（接受反馈信息）

那么这样的沟通就是有效的了。
