Sentieon软件发布202112.04版本更新

Sentieon 软件忠于BWA、GATK、MuTect、MuTect2、STAR、Minimap2等金标准的数学模型，在保证完全匹配开源分析方案结果的前提下，计算效率提升15倍以上。Sentieon为大群组项目提供一站式Joint Calling解决方案，可同时处理10万个WGS样本的Joint Calling，无需中间步骤。大幅提升WGS/WES/Panel/ctDNA/RNA等基因数据NGS分析效率和计算精度。

Sentieon持续为业界提供高性能的NGS数据分析软件。我们根据用户的需求与反馈，持续迭代改进Sentieon软件包。2022年5月26日，Sentieon推出了最新的202112.04版本，具体更新信息如下：

202112.04版本主要新增功能如下：

1. DNAscope流程支持gVCF文件输出；需要更新license，需要使用1.1版本Illumina模型文件；
2. 加入三代长读长数据结构变异SV检测模块（测试版本）

新添加功能

• Added support for DNAscope with machine learning model to generate gVCF file for subsequent joint call.
• Introduced β-version of LongReadSV algorithm to perform germline structure variant call for long reads.
• Added options in InsertSizeMetricAlgo to control the threshold to output FR, TANDEM, RF.
• Maintenance update of UltimaReadFilter.
• Improved reference assembly detection logic.
