食材表:
鲤鱼1条、土豆2个、豆皮适量、金针菇适量、啤酒半罐、大蒜、剁椒1大勺、盐1勺、生抽、老抽2勺、黄豆酱2勺、胡椒粉半勺、洋葱
制作方法:
1、鲤鱼处理一下,去除鱼腥线,切片,然后放入碗中

2、鱼片中加入一点蒜瓣、一大勺剁椒、一勺盐、两勺生抽、两勺老抽、两勺黄豆酱、半勺胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,然后腌制一个小时以上

3、锅中热油,放入蒜瓣、洋葱,翻炒出香味后放入土豆块,翻炒到五成熟

4、将翻炒后的土豆放入电饭煲内胆中,再放一点金针菇和豆皮

5、继续放入腌好的鱼片

6、腌鱼的料汁中加入半罐啤酒,搅拌一下,然后也倒进电饭煲中

7、电饭煲设置为普通的煮饭模式,煮好后可以揭开电饭煲盖收一下汁
