    1)问题描述:2020.09.09,安装BBKNN时,出现了ERROR: Failed building wheel for annoy

    2)问题归类:ERROR: Failed building wheel for XXX
    3)解决方案:在Pythonlibs网站上下载对应的python包的wheel(.whl)文件,然后pip install .whl文件的绝对路径,或者cd到,whl文件的路径,然后pip install .whl文件。

    再安装BBKNN,安装成功。

    2)比较特征的点是:1、在报错开头会提示,failed with repodata from current_repodata.json, will retry with next repodata source 2、报错的最后会询问是否上报,Would you like conda to send this report to the core maintainers? [y/N]。
    3)解决方案
