教你如何做红豆排骨汤

2)for me,the best thing to do is to make a big pot of red bean soup.

3)Well, maybe some ice cream, but you can't eat those all the time!

当天气变热时,你一定想凉快些,于是最好的选择就是做一大锅丰盛的豆子汤。(也许你想要冰淇淋,但不能总是吃冰激凌吧)

今天我将教你们如何制作美味的红豆排骨汤,这是一道中国的传统汤菜。是我学到的最简单的菜谱之一,我从我妈妈那里学来的。

4)So,taday I'm going to teach you how to cook the most mouth-watering “Spare-ribs with read bean soup”

5)it's a traditional Chinese soup。It's one of the easiest recipes I've learnt, and I learnt it from my mother。

通常情况下,随着时间的增加,汤会变得浓稠,我也不知道为什么。也许时因为来自豆子、排骨的香味需要充分混合才能发散出来。豆子里的淀粉更多的融入到汤里使汤更加浓稠并且更加像炖菜。

6)Generally,the soup gets thicker as time go by and taste better。

7)I don't konw why。Maybe it's because the flavor from the beans, ribs have time to blend。

8)The starch from beans settles more into the broth making soup thicker and more stew-like too。

9)All you need to do are as followings:

首先需要把红豆提前用水泡软,如果着急,就用热水泡。

10)Fisrtly,Soak the dry beans。

11)If you are in a hurry,fill a pot large enough to hold the beans with water and bring to a boil。

12)Turn off the heat, add beans and soak the beans for 2 hours,after that,Drain the water.

买好适量的排骨,根据你的需要决定分量;

13)Then,Get moderate amount of ribs,don't forget to let the butcher cut into pieces.

14)其次煮一锅开水,用开水把排骨洗干净;

Besides,Prapare a pot of boiled water and clean the ribs with it.

15)洗干净后就可以把排骨和红豆一起放进锅里,记得多放点水;

Next step, put the ribs and beans into pot, also add enough water with them.

16)汤煮开后,就可以把火关小点慢慢炖;

Once the soup has been simmering for half an hour, turn down the heat and cook for another 10 minutes or so, until the beans are soft and the meat easily pulls away from the bone.

17)加入盐、鸡精,你就能得到美味的红豆排骨汤了。

Last but not least,add salt and meat extract to taste, and you will get the tasty Spare-ribs with read bean soup。
